Leo Van Broeck is invited by the provincial department of Spatial Planning of Flemish Brabant, to give a lecture on land-use and density at the platform called “Atrium”. This is a knowledge platform for Flanders and all of its provinces and municipalities, to raise the awareness and urgency of items such as densification, and to define the challenges of future urban planning.
