On Thursday November 9th, ‘Living in Diversity. Inclusive forms of housing for newcomers’, opened at deSingel in Antwerp. In the exposition, HEIM Collective looks for a feasible alternative for housing refugees. The main focus is on innovative forms of housing where newcomers and committed citizens share spaces and thereby encourage cooperation and integration.
Recently, HEIM has been working together with BOGDAN & VAN BROECK to integrate three units for refugees in our upcoming co-housing project Bijgaardehof. The pilot project will be exhibited -among others- at deSingel as part of a call for investors.
More information can be found on the Facebook of HEIM or in Knack magazine.
