The MAD-Faculty is selected and published in the book “Designing for Education: Compendium of Exemplary Educational Facilities 2011”, by the Centre for Effective Learning Environments of the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development).
OECD announces the books as follows:
“Designing for Education: Compendium of Exemplary Educational Facilities 2011″ covers all levels of education and addresses how the design, use and management of buildings and grounds contribute to the quality of education.
It showcases 60 educational facilities (out of a total of 166 submissions) from 28 countries. Each will illustrate excellence in one or more of the following areas: innovation in design, fitness for purpose, sustainability and safety.”
